Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dah888 ("dah888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dah888 platform available at dah888.app, including all products, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and related features.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the dah888 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

dah888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dah888 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the dah888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. dah888 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering or using any service.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement with dah888 or a voluntary exclusion that remains in effect.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a dah888 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• Your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Age Verification

dah888 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document confirming your date of birth and identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

dah888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at the time of registration, before a deposit is accepted, or during any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if the player is determined to be under 18, immediate permanent closure of the account.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the dah888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and all balances frozen.

Registration Requirements

When creating a dah888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify dah888 promptly if any details change.

dah888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to participate in any specific game, promotion, or betting market.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dah888 will never contact you to ask for your password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dah888 support immediately via [email protected] or via Live Chat. dah888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or has delayed reporting the incident.

Account Information Accuracy

It is a serious breach of these Terms to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process. dah888 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of information provided. Where information is found to be false, dah888 will close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the dah888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency accounts are supported. No currency conversion fees are applied by dah888; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside dah888's control.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though dah888 may apply account-level limits based on responsible gaming assessments or AML compliance requirements. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings will have those limits applied automatically at the payment stage.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This same-source withdrawal policy is applied as an anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.

All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at dah888's discretion, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 BST). Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, Eid, and other nationally significant dates in Bangladesh.

Funds Integrity

Deposits made into your dah888 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. dah888 reserves the right to return funds and request re-deposit from a verified personal account where a third-party source is detected.

Bonuses & Promotions

dah888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to the BPL schedule, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and other dates significant to the Bangladeshi calendar.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented to the player.
• Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• dah888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by players who have accepted a bonus before the change.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be circumventing these limits through multiple accounts or other means will have all bonuses forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and products specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types will not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

dah888 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, systematic exploitation of specific games, and coordination between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, dah888 will void all associated bonuses and winnings, and may permanently close the implicated accounts.

Game Rules & Fair Play

dah888 operates as a platform aggregator for games and betting products supplied by third-party certified providers. Each game on the platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are made available to players via the game's built-in help or information screen. In all cases, the individual game rules take precedence over general platform terms for game-specific outcomes.

Certified Random Number Generation

All casino games available on dah888 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash/instant games from Spribe — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained by the game providers and is subject to ongoing independent audit. dah888 does not and cannot alter game outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available markets, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the betting section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets placed after an event has started are subject to in-play rules, which differ from pre-match rules in terms of odds validity and settlement timing.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, abandoned, or interrupted before the minimum qualifying play requirement defined in the sport-specific rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• dah888 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error (palpable error rule) or where evidence of match manipulation is identified.
• Maximum stake limits per event may apply and will be displayed at the time of bet placement.
• All times shown for match start and in-play events are in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a game or bet placement, dah888 will investigate the incident using available server-side logs. In cases where the malfunction has materially affected the outcome, dah888 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays where applicable under the relevant game provider's rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dah888 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Multi-accounting — creating or using more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different names.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through systematic hedging, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or other strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Money laundering — using the dah888 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise launder funds through casino play.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer table games.
• Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Hacking and system interference — attempting to access, modify, or interfere with any part of dah888's technical infrastructure, including servers, software, databases, or APIs.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes through your mobile financial service or bank for deposits that were genuinely made and credited to your dah888 account.
• Abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at dah888 staff or other players via any channel.

Account Closure & Termination

Either party — the player or dah888 — may close a dah888 account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your dah888 account at any time by contacting support via [email protected] or via Live Chat inside your account. Before closure is confirmed, dah888 will process any pending withdrawal of your verified remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks being completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.

dah888-Initiated Closure or Suspension

dah888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Identification of a prohibited conduct pattern as described in Section 7
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Determination that the player is under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance

Where a dah888-initiated closure is due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach. In cases of dah888-initiated closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). Dormant accounts with a remaining real-money balance will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account by logging in. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply.

Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. dah888's failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request escalation to a senior review, details of which will be provided by the support team at the time.
